Gyaan Academy was an attempt to host educational series in multiple languages, taught by subject experts who speak the chosen language fluently.
There are not enough learning websites that teach a subject clearly in the language of the student. I observed that my roommate was an expert in cyber security, but he was not proficient in English. However, he could explain cyber security concepts excellently in his mother tongue, Tamil. I have also observed that when I explain my subjects to my mom, I use cooking analogies, and my mom understands the subject very well.
These discoveries made me start Gyaan Academy, where I aimed to create a platform and allow people to teach the subject they are best at, in their mother tongue, using suitable analogies, so that everyone can enjoy education in their own language.
However, I was not able to succeed with my mission, as I needed to learn many things before I can make Gyaan Academy work. I am sure, Gyaan Academy will succeed one day for sure.
